Use this guide to prepare the GALAYOU G7 Wi-Fi camera, connect it through the Wansview Cloud app, and open the live video view after setup is complete.

Before You Start
Prepare the camera and network before opening the setup flow. Keep the camera close to the router during the initial connection process.

Install the Companion App
Install the Wansview Cloud app on your phone through the relevant app store, or use the QR code provided with the setup materials.
Create Your Account
Open the Wansview Cloud app and register an account with your email address. Complete the account activation step before adding the camera.
[tip] The password in the provided setup flow must contain 8–16 characters and include at least three of these categories: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and special characters. [/tip]
Add the Camera
After signing in, start the device setup flow from the main app screen. Tap Add Device or the + button, then select the GALAYOU camera option that matches the device shown in the app.

Power On the Camera
Turn on the camera when the app asks you to prepare the device. Keep it close to the router while continuing with the Wi-Fi setup.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Continue through the Wi-Fi setup screens in the Wansview Cloud app. Follow the QR code step shown during the connection process, then allow time for the camera to complete pairing.

Wait for Connection
Keep the camera near the router until the app confirms that pairing is complete. When the camera is online, you can continue to the live video screen.
Placement During Setup
